Prior to the BIP0032 update (2009-2012), the Bitcoin-Qt wallet used BrainWallet.

The PassPhrase was invented by users without due attention and responsibility,
since Bitcoins were very cheap and their loss was not regrettable.

Often, instead of a passphrase, a simple password or a combination of easy-to-remember words or numbers was used.

Based on the Passphrase, a Private key is generated, followed by a Public key and Address.

The amount of 0.1 btc was not considered significant and could have been submitted as an experiment or test.

Since then, many wallets have been irretrievably lost and forgotten.

For example: try to iterate over all numbers from 1 to 9, words bitcoin, blockchain, Coinbase, SatoshiNakamoto, 1234567890, etc.

As you can see, even these wallets once had funds.

P.S. If Ban, then the API request to get the "Balance" or "Transaction Amount" is blocked by the source (interval exceeded).
